GIOVANNI DINSAY, PT CEO
Giovanni Dinsay, PT, has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. Throughout his career, he has worked in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, home care, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics specializing in orthopedic, sports, and work injuries. He founded the company 12 years ago, growing tremendously in the last year.
JITHENDRA K ATTILURU, PT – Field Clinical Director
Attiluru Jithendra Kumar, PT, has over 14 years of experience in physical therapy. He has worked in various settings over the course of his career, including hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and home care, specializing in orthopedics, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, women’s health, and work injuries. He is a very talented gold medalist in the cardiopulmonary specialty, with excellent hands-on techniques and extensive knowledge in research and teaching. He is an excellent addition to Within Normal Limits.
MARIA JOYCE BELZA, PT – Clinical Director
Joyce has over 18 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She is the first PT to work with Within Normal Limits Physical Therapy. She has been with the company since its infancy and has grown with it since. She is very compassionate and has excellent hands-on techniques. She has extensive experience treating various post-surgery and geriatric patients.
Marvin Cajoles, PTA
Marvin studied at Cortland University in upstate New York, where he got his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Nassau Community College. He is also an athletic trainer and works with athletes in their sport. In his spare time, he likes to go to the gym and hang out with friends and family.
Cris Dio Talagsa, RPT
Dio is a recent addition to our team. He worked in a military hospital in the Philippines for three years, where he encountered various cases, including musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions. This enhanced his knowledge in treating patients before moving to the US.
RAJINDER KUMAR DEWAN, PT
Rajinder completed his physical therapy degree in India and worked as the department head in an orthopedic hospital in India for three years before moving to the USA. He finished his associate degree in Georgia and passed the physical therapy licensure exam in NY in November 2014. He then completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. His work experience includes various nursing home assignments, outpatient clinics, and home care here in New York. Raj loves to learn new things and use different techniques to treat patients.
CHERYL P. AQUINO, RPT
Cheryl was born and raised in the Philippines. In 1994, she moved to the US and began fulfilling her dream of becoming a successful PT in New York. She has over 27 years of experience treating sports injuries, motor vehicle and work-related accidents, and all other ailments in the general practice of Physical Therapy. She is certified in Sports Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Therapy. Cheryl is also very skilled in post-operative rehabilitation. She has great success in restoring form and function. Cheryl is a happily married mother of two. She has inspired her children, and her daughter is following in her footsteps and training to be a therapist. Cheryl is a medical professional with the skills and education to treat and coordinate patient care. Cheryl is passionate about what she does. She provides patients with empowerment to help them reach and surpass their goals.
Josephine Dacion, PT
Josephine has over 23 years of experience in various settings. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1999, she immediately worked in inpatient and outpatient settings at a hospital in the Philippines. She then took an opportunity to work in Israel for eight years doing homecare there before moving to New York for good in 2022. She splits her time between the Brentwood and Amityville offices.
Maria Lina Fajardo, RPT
Maria works part-time at our Brentwood location. She brings 25 years of very diverse experience in outpatient, inpatient, school, acute, and sub-acute settings.
Momina Arif, PT
With a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pakistan and a Master’s in Exercise Science from California, Momina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field. Having worked in diverse clinical settings, she specializes in crafting personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s specific needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to enhance your athletic performance, she’s here to help. Her evidence-based approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced techniques to optimize patients’ mobility and function. Together, she will work towards your goals and empower you to lead a healthier and more active life.
Patricia Glaser-Brenna, PTA
Trisha has over 30 years of diverse experience as a Physical Therapist, including acute care such as TBIs and CVAs, sub-acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, sports injuries, and home care. She specializes in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and is very devoted to her profession and to her patients.
