Giovanni Dinsay, PT


Giovanni Dinsay, PT, has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. Throughout his career, he has worked in various settings from hospitals, nursing homes, home care, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics specializing in orthopedic, sports, and work injuries. He founded the company 12 years ago and has grown tremendously in the last year.

Jithendra Attiluru, PT

JITHENDRA K ATTILURU, PT – Field Clinical Director

Attiluru Jithendra Kumar, PT, has over 14 years of experience in physical therapy. He has worked in various settings over the course of his career from hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, home care, specializing in orthopedic, cardio-pulmonary, geriatrics, women’s health, work injuries. He is a very talented gold medalist in the cardiopulmonary specialty and has excellent hands-on techniques and extensive knowledge in research and teaching. He is an excellent addition to Within Normal Limits.

MARIA JOYCE BELZA, PT – Clinical Director

Joyce has over 18 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She is the first PT to work with, within normal limits PT. She has been with the company since the infancy stage and has grown with it since. She is very compassionate and has excellent hands-on techniques. She has extensive experience in treating various post-surgery and geriatric patients.



Marvin is the new addition to WNL PT. He graduated physical therapy assistant program at Nassau community college in 2019. He is also an athletic trainer. He believes in a good balanced healthy lifestyle, in his spare time he is busy with gym, sports friends and family.

New Therapist

Cris Dio Talagsa, RPT

Dio is a recent addition to our team. He worked in a military hospital in the Philippines for 3 years where he encountered various cases including musculoskeletal, neurologic and orthopedic conditions which has enhanced his knowledge in treating patients before moving to the US.



Rajinder completed his physical therapy degree in India and worked as the department head in an orthopedic hospital in India for three years before moving to the USA. He finished his associate degree in Georgia and passed the physical therapy licensure exam in NY on November 2014. He then completed his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. His work experience includes various nursing home assignments, outpatient clinics, and home care here in New York. Raj loves to learn new things and use different techniques to treat patients.



Cheryl was born and raised in the Philippines. In 1994 she moved to the US and began fulfilling her dream of becoming a successful PT in New York. She has over 27 years of experience treating sports injuries, motor vehicle and work-related accidents, and all other ailments in the general practice of Physical Therapy. She is certified in Sports Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Therapy. Cheryl is also very skilled in post-operative rehabilitation.  She has great success in restoring form and function. Cheryl is a happily married mother of two.  She has inspired her own children, and her daughter is following in her footsteps and training to be a therapist herself. Cheryl is a medical professional with the skills and education necessary to treat and coordinate care for her patients. Cheryl is passionate about what she does. She provides patients with empowerment to help them reach and surpass their goals.

Josephine Dacion, PT

Josephine has over 23 yrs. of experience in various settings. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1999, she immediately worked at a hospital in the Philippines doing both inpatient and outpatient settings. She then took an opportunity to work in Israel for 8 years doing homecare there before moving to New York for good in 2022. She splits her time between the Brentwood and Amityville offices.

Maria Lina Fajardo, RPT

Maria works part-time at our Brentwood location. She brings in 25 years of very diverse experience in outpatient, inpatient, school setting, acute and sub-acute settings.


Momina Arif, PT

With a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pakistan and a Master’s in Exercise Science from California, Momina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field. Having worked in diverse clinical settings, she specializes in crafting personalized treatment plans to meet each patients specific needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to enhance your athletic performance, she’s here to help. Her evidence-based approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced techniques to optimize patients mobility and function. Together, she will work towards your goals and empower you to lead a healthier and more active life.

Patricia Glaser-Brenna, PTA

Trisha has over 30 years of diverse experience as a Physical Therapist which includes acute care such as TBI’s and CVA’s, sub-acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, sports injuries and home care. She specializes in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. She is very devoted to her profession and to her patients.
